Pricing Worksheet

Pricing worksheet example

Pricing your services is one way you communicate your value to your customers. It's also the way you make sure those bills are paid. There is a lot to unwrap when it comes to pricing your services well to meet all the needs of you and your business.

FREE WORKSHEET ALERT! Here is a pricing worksheet that you can use to map out your pricing options and ensure that you are pricing your services in a way that truly optimizes commitment. In a recent blog post I wrote about how Optimizing Memberships is the most important strategy a boutique fitness studio can implement to improve profitability, retention, and joy in their businesses. This worksheet can help you do just that.

Click the link below to get the worksheet and get to work today improving your pricing and retention! Don’t forget to go to File > Make a Copy to make your own copy in google docs that you can edit and make your own. Then, I want you to get to work listing your main, customer facing pricing options in the worksheet. If you are a business that has several service and pricing categories, you might want to duplicate the spreadsheet for each branch of your business that you want to analyze pricing for. I would start with your biggest service category first then work on the others after you feel settled with your biggest category first.

Once you have your pricing options listed, I want you to look at your list and ask yourself the following questions. Update the new pricing columns accordingly.

How long has it been since you changed prices? If it’s been more than a year, it’s probably time for a little adjustment. I’m sure your costs have gone up in the last year. Most studios I interact with change prices between 10-20% annually successfully.

I hope this is helpful and please comment, tag, snail mail me with specific questions. More on pricing coming soon as this is My Season of PRICING.
