Today I am emerging from the Covid Baby Haze that has been the last 2 years of my life with other wellness entrepreneurs at MINDBODY Bold Conference & MINDBODY University Preconference! I am looking forward to sharing some connection time with like-minded people who are looking for ways to evolve and grow during this time of change. When looking at KPIs it makes more sense to look at KPIs for 2019, 2020, 2021 have been the most recent normal time we can look at. Most leaders embrace spreadsheets for tracking KPIs.

Intro offers are great, but FREE is hit or miss. Having a strong membership base helped Terri maintain strong revenue during covid and sell her business as profitable. The main point is to understand where you are losing clients and do what you can to keep them as it’s much easier and cheaper to maintain people who’ve already walked through the door than to find new ones.

Have an intro offer. Lean in with better understanding who your customer is and what they need. Text messaging is a completely underutilized opportunity for lots of boutique studios. 99% of text messages are open within 3 minutes. 85% of prospective clients wish they could text the boutique businesses over calling via phone. Clients are craving authentic, consistent connection from us, especially now! Favorite Reports: Google Analytics, First Visit Report, Referral Sources, Referral Types & Subtypes, and Sales by Service.

Include location and intro in all social platforms. Use more video. Stop boosting posts. Create a specific intro offer landing page that’s everything new clients need to know. Calls to action on all pages!  Use branded web to include Buy Now buttons. A great idea is to have a pop up if you click for the "Intro Offer" CTA that if they click away says "no thanks, I'd rather pay full price"! Include a Thank you landing page. Give them next steps, maybe include links to new or existing clients and/or schedules.

Sales Roundtable

Make sure you have a formal process implemented for connecting with new and prospective customers! You need 4-8 “touch points”. Phone, text, in person. Make things clear and straightforward.
