Top 13 Must Listen Podcasts for Boutique Fitness Studios

Resources to Help Wellpreneurs Learn & Grow

Anyone else still using actual headphones these days?

There is so much good information and education out there, but not all of it is relevant to the life phase I’m in or the work goals I have. I’m getting better about not consuming content that doesn’t really serve me and my goals of living a soulful life and improving the health and wellness of the world. I'm getting more and more diligent in curating what information I take in, and in what forms I take information from. I feel like we are in an era of information overload and verbal vomit!

One of my favorite uses of social media is social sourcing, asking my community for their favorite things. It’s my favorite way to get a curated list of things I’ll probably like, from people I already like. So here is my list of top Boutique Fitness Business Podcasts for you and me to try to keep inspired and always learning.
